There’s crutches beside the cupboard, he can’t just leave his crutches there to climb that chair by himself
He (the deceased) was preparing to go out, he drop his shirt on the bed, went back for knicker, thats when his killer entered and there was struggles, resulting to the furniture and desk clock being thrown, he was a handicap, so he was overpowered and killed. This definitely is a murder
It’s actually a suicide, because there’s no sign of struggle
